Terms of Service
Version
1.0
By accessing or using KAIKI (the service), operated by KAIKI, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. We may modify these terms at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of the changes.
1. Description of service
KAIKI is an AI-powered code security scanning platform that analyzes source code repositories for leaked secrets, exposed API keys, credentials, and security vulnerabilities using KAIKI Alpha-powered models.
2. Account registration
To use KAIKI you create an account by authenticating with GitHub OAuth. You agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
3. Plans and payment
KAIKI is free during early access. Paid plans (Pro, Max, Enterprise) are billed monthly through third-party payment providers once available, and you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your selected payment method.
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. If a technical issue prevents you from using the service, contact barali@kaiki.dev and we will review your request case by case.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to:
Scan repositories you do not own or are not authorized to scan
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our models
Pursue any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Circumvent scan limits or rate restrictions
Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the service
5. Intellectual property
The service, including all software, models, designs, content, and trademarks, is the property of KAIKI and protected by intellectual property law. You retain all rights to your source code. We claim no ownership over code you submit for scanning.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
While KAIKI uses advanced AI to detect security issues, we do not guarantee that every secret or vulnerability in your code will be identified. KAIKI is a supplementary security tool and should be combined with manual code review and other security practices.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KAIKI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, use, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the service at any time, with or without cause or notice. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting barali@kaiki.dev. On termination your right to use the service ends and we may delete your account data.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KAIKI, its founder, and affiliates from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of third-party rights.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by applicable law without regard to conflict of law provisions. Disputes are resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, binding arbitration.
11. Changes and contact
We may modify these terms and will post updates on this page with a new date. For questions about these terms, contact barali@kaiki.dev.
